About Word Search Grid

Word Search Grid is an independent publisher that creates clear, themed word searches for people who want a simple screen-free activity. The site is made for teachers preparing a literacy or vocabulary station, parents looking for an activity at home, and adults who enjoy a quiet printable puzzle. Each page keeps the letter grid, word bank, instructions, and a free PDF together so a visitor can print what they need without creating an account.

Our themes use American English vocabulary selected for the intended audience. We choose words by hand, check spelling and length, and then use a fixed seed to generate the grid. The fixed seed means the same theme produces the same arrangement each time it is built or printed. Every downloadable puzzle is a single-page A4 PDF designed to be readable on ordinary home or classroom printers.

Content is maintained as a small, practical publishing project. We review theme lists and explanatory notes when pages are added, and we correct errors when they are reported. If you find a spelling mistake, an awkward clue, a broken link, or a puzzle that does not print correctly, please email hello@wordsearchgrid.com with the page URL and a short description. Feedback helps us keep the word banks useful and the instructions clear.

The puzzles are free to use. The website may use advertising to help cover hosting, generation, and maintenance costs while keeping the activities available without a subscription. Advertising does not change the puzzle content or require registration.
